1. Fees Policy:

1.1. Non-Refundable Fees: Once paid, the admission fee is non-refundable.

1.2. Refund Policy: You have the option to request a refund within 7 days after admission. After this period, the refund option will no longer be available. If a refund is requested within the 7-day window, the amount will be calculated based on the course fees, with any applicable deductions.The refund will be processed within 45-90 days.

2. Absenteeism Policy:

2.1. If the candidate is absent for more than 15 days, they will be responsible for any further losses or missed lessons. Admission may be canceled with no refund in such cases.

2.2. The candidate must inform the institution before taking leave if the leave is expected to exceed 15 days. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission without any refund

3. Course Completion Certificate

3.1. The course completion certificate will be provided within 2 months after the successful completion of the course.

4. Strict Attendance Rules:

4.1. Students must maintain a minimum attendance of 80% to be eligible for the course completion certificate.

4.2. Any student found disrupting classes, engaging in misconduct, or violating institutional rules will face disciplinary action.

4.3. If a student leaves the course midway, he/she will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Course Modifications

5.1. The institution reserves the right to modify the course schedule, duration, or curriculum. Students will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. All students must maintain professional behavior at all times. Any form of harassment, abusive language, or violence will not be accepted

6.2. Students are expected to respect their fellow students, staff, and the learning environment
